3 - A veiller que sa moto soit conforme à la réglementation en vigueur.
4 - A être en règle en matière d'assurance responsabilité civile.
5 - A s'abstenir de tout acte de violence et de toute attitude agressive.
6 - A respecter les autres usagers de la route.
7 - A ne pas afficher de sigles ou insignes politiques ou religieux.
8 - A respecter la réglementation en vigueur en matière de consommation d'alcool et de stupéfiants.

L'adhérent s'engage à respecter tous les points cités dans cette charte, en prenant connaissance que tout manquement pourra entrainer son exclusion définitive.
